Best customer service ever!! I want to start off by saying the actual frame is really pretty…simple, like I wanted. I must not have read the listing close enough because they used plexiglass…not glass. I was pretty disappointed—had I known that I would have thought twice before purchasing the trio and for the price I assumed, of course, that they would use more quality components. That being said, Vossington contacted me, explained the issue, and bent over backwards to make my purchase a positive experience. In the future, I will be sure to read the frames’ descriptions more closely before purchasing but I will definitely buy from them again. A++

I ordered 2 white 8x10 beveled frames. I ordered 2 white 8x10 beveled frames. They were packaged nicely and look lovely framing two Caribbean sea scape photos I’d been meaning to frame for some time. Now my photos are hanging on a freshly painted wall and look fantastic. I am glad I took the time to research this product online. The quality, updates on shipping, and certainly the reviews helped me to decide to choose the Vossington product line over other options.

Excellent customer service My frame arrived with a broken clip on the backboard. I spoke to customer service and requested another backboard. I sent the requested photos and problem was resolved. Fantastic frames for good prices On time delivery, high quality aluminum frames for a fraction of the price you'd get at framing stores. Good selection of sizes and frame colors too. The friend referral program is great as both my friends and I have gotten a lot of discounts already. I will be buying Vossington for all of my framing projects!
