Trying to return Hi, the product was not the color I expected so I decided to return it. I contacted customer service via chat, but didn't receive a response although it has been a few days. Edit: It turns out they were trying to contact me insistently and finally they got through. Sent me clear directions to return the item. Hence editing my review.

Just what I was looking for Exactly what I wanted for rotating, seasonal art prints. Good looking frames with nice backing and hanging brackets. Packaged perfectly and arrived in great condition.

The acrylic frame was chipped at the… The acrylic frame was chipped at the bottom corner. Looks like someone dropped it while they were packing the frame because the frame is fine but the acrylic is chipped. Maybe they should have tossed this one aside instead of sending it out to a customer.

Excellent customer service My frame arrived with a broken clip on the backboard. I spoke to customer service and requested another backboard. I sent the requested photos and problem was resolved. Everything done quickly and professionally. Customer service doesn't get any better than this. Thanks again Vossington.

Great frame that well made Great frame that well made, especially for the price. I am a woodworker and I don’t think I could make one that well at this price point.
