Wish they would have asked for another… Wish they would have asked for another photo. Hair came out completely wrong and looks silly. They could have made it look nicer, but chose to go with something that is completely different than my actual hair style and head shape.

Beautiful work and a great experience I was a bit nervous using an online service to paint a portrait, but the dozens and dozens of sample work online looked wonderful so I took a chance. I had an oil painting done from a photo of my wife and I. I was hoping to have it arrive in time for my wife's birthday which was only one month away. Shortly after submitting my photo a customer service rep contacted me to explain the process. Per my request, the artist made several alterations to the photo such as removing the background, removing a watch, adjust the lighting, remoce glare from my wife's glasses, ect... After a few days, they sent me a photoshop proof of all the alterations I requested. Once I approved the proof the artist started painting the portrait. After a couple weeks the initial painting was completed, which was great, but there were a few things that didn't look quite right to me and so, I requested several revisions to the painting which the artiat was happy to do until I was pleased with the painting. With all of my revisions, I wasn't sure the painting would arrive in time for my wife's birthday, but they managed to get it framed and shipped out just in time! My wife loved the painting which turned out beautifully. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience and would highly recommend them!

Great Company I changed my order after committing to certain options and they were great when it came to accommodating those changes. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I haven't received the final product… I haven't received the final product yet, but the proofs look really good. Great communication throughout and always changed what I asked for.

Incredible pet portraits I have used portrait flip twice, once after the passing of our cat and again for our dog. The portraits of them turned out beautifully, looked just like them! They were happy to do different background colors and make changes/edits through the process to ensure it would be what we hoped for. It’s really lovely to have these to remember our sweet pets by.
