When my sister got the portrait of her… When my sister got the portrait of her and her husband, she called me up but was so surprised and happy that she was searching for words! She just thanked me and thanked me. The whole process was so easy from beginning to end, and the PortraitFlip customer service team was so friendly and efficient, and the artist very talented!

I’m blown away! I’m blown away!! I can’t put into words how impressed I am with the artwork painted for me. The attention to detail is truly incredible! It was really heartwarming seeing it in person. It’s such a precious piece that I will treasure forever, and hang with pride on the wall. The communication throughout was very straightforward and prompt. The turn around and delivery was also very efficient. Strongly recommend as a gift for someone, or to treat yourself!

Very good quality artwork I was pleased beyond expectation with the quality of artwork. My complaint was due to the shipping address being wrong and the impression that I got was that it was my fault and they were not too willing to try and reroute my delivery address. In addition I was told I would have to pay an additional $30 fee.Fortunately I had to intercept the delivery via FedEx once it arrived in the USA. Consumers, please pay attention to your billing and shipping instructions when placing orders as the company will not necessarily accommodate any adjustments regarding this. This experience was the only thing that upset me. I basically had to solve my own problem regarding this as they seemed more concerned with blaming me for this error rather than actually executing a solution. Instead they argued that they sent it to the address I previously gave them. I spoke with more than one agent regarding my issue and reminded them I was in the process of moving from the beginning of my transaction.
