Excellent quick service The yarn usually arrives within a week of placing the order and hooks and needles are always in perfect condition. Delicious little sweets come with each order. The "e-mail when available again" works very well, the item has been available again very shortly after.

Easy to do This is a lovely pattern. Easy to do and made it for my grand niece as an Easter present. I did the larger size for her to grow into and her parents loved it. It was a free pattern which I am very grateful for because I am a pensioner. I will certainly knit this again.

Non delivery of order placed weeks ago Non delivery of order placed weeks ago, 25 March. I am in the UK. Nearly 4 weeks deliver unacceptable. No reply to emails. Want a refund because of lack of service. You have had £187 of my money for nearly a month!
