GBYep, believe the reviews here... Wish I would’ve seen this site before I ordered. Took forever, no communication. Cancelled order, but then received PART of order even though shipping confirmation said I received entire order. Contacted the company, and worse case, will contact credit card for chargeback. Horrible experience.

GBAvoid Avoid! This company is a scam, they claimed to have sent out your order but the tracking number doesnt work, sending them email regarding order or tracking is fine they will still respond, but when i requested a refund they stopped responding altogether! Avoid!

GBHorrible company and customer service Please read the reviews and do NOT order from CalmOptics. This isn't a review for their product, but rather, their shady after purchase practices. First, like the other reviewers, my order was significantly delayed: I placed an order Sep '20 and a month later, after asking to cancel my order early Oct, my order was shipped anyways (neglecting my request) in mid Oct. I marked the package as return to sender to which CalmOptics has now ghosted me after 26 ... yes 26 ... emails with Ralyn on their customer support team. Still no refund and it's now 4 months since I placed the original order. Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this terrible company. They're taking advantage of CV19 circumstances. Oh btw - please google whether blue light glasses actually are necessary. Lots of articles out there saying you don't need them.

HKScam scam scam! Save your money DO NOT buy from this company. Its total fraud scam bulls****. Emailed them many times to ask about my order but no reply instead they keep sending offers via email even txt msgs. So annoying. Deletes bad reviews no wonder their website has all good reviews! Disgusting

CAI experienced the same issue.. I experienced the same issue... ordered my glasses on July 30 and it is still not shipped on Oct 02. I keep emailing them and they say they didn't have inventory, or they received partial inventory... have asked for a refund. Hopefully it will be processed soon.
