GBHorrible company and customer service Please read the reviews and do NOT order from CalmOptics. This isn't a review for their product, but rather, their shady after purchase practices. First, like the other reviewers, my order was significantly delayed: I placed an order Sep '20 and a month later, after asking to cancel my order early Oct, my order was shipped anyways (neglecting my request) in mid Oct. I marked the package as return to sender to which CalmOptics has now ghosted me after 26 ... yes 26 ... emails with Ralyn on their customer support team. Still no refund and it's now 4 months since I placed the original order. Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this terrible company. They're taking advantage of CV19 circumstances. Oh btw - please google whether blue light glasses actually are necessary. Lots of articles out there saying you don't need them.

GBNo glasses and no refund It has been nearly 2 months and I still have not received my glasses. I have been in contact weekly for 6 weeks and have been informed every time they they’re “looking into it.” I requested to cancel my order and be refunded about a month ago, but they still respond that they’re trying to get my glasses to me. Not only do they not deliver the promised product, they’re refusing to refund for something they cannot deliver.

GBCompany is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER. Please read everyone's reviews. This company is a SCAM. Similar experience: ordered the glasses early Sept. Emailed customer support who said the glasses would come soon. Then followed up again to cancel which they they offered a 20% discount. I declined and now crickets. No response. I'm not working through my credit card company to get a refund. PLEASE do not order from them. 100% a scam.

GBTotal scam Wish I had looked here first, same experience as all the other reviewers. Took my money, and then week after week after week told me my glasses would be coming that week. Promises of expedited shipments, and even a specific shipping date, which would just pass, without comment. After reaching out, I would be told that there was another delay. Six weeks after ordering something that was supposed to come in 3 days I still have nothing.

GBGood Morning Good Morning, I made an order that took too long to arrive. I finally cancelled on Sep 12th, a week later I got an email saying that my order was shipped, when I contacted your support team they said (Taylor) to refuse the delivery from USPS, its been almost 2 months since then and I still haven't received my refund of $49.95
