GBPoor customer service I ordered three frames… and they charged me twice! I got a bill for over $800. When I called customer service, there were no apologies, just a matter of fact “yes, we charged you twice”. When I asked if they could offer a discount or coupon for future orders for the heart attack they caused me when I saw the double charge, they said no because I had already used a discount when I purchased the glasses. Poor customer retention!

GBForget two year warranty If you'r like most people and have an eye examination once a year, and have 2 or more prescription glasses, then don't ever buy the 2 year scratch warranty. They will remake the lens if scratched, but it will be to your old prescription not the new one your eyes got adjusted to.

GBFrames and lenses cheap and lenses were made incorrectly The lenses were made incorrectly. Unlike other online Rx eyeglass stores, this company does not offer a full refund on glasses and leases that are defective, even though they say they do. They only offer 50%refund and 50% store credit. They also say they offer pre-paid return label, but they don’t. The glasses I received were cheaply made, the lenses rattled in the frames and felt like cheap plastic and were made incorrectly. Never will I shop here again. Buyer, beware!

GBWebsite is basically unusable Website is basically unusable. They have thousands of frames but adding a simply filter like "black" returns no results. Extra filters are added randomly and then cannot be removed. I would not trust my personal information to a site so badly programmed.

GBEasiest conversation with a… Easiest conversation with a representative I have ever had. Did have issue with phone calls. They were unable to hear me the first 4 times, until I used a different method of calling. Apparently, can't reach them using an IP phone on Google. Anyway, asked about the frames I needed, got the answers. Then made the order. Had an expected arrival time. Items came in two days ahead of schedule and were directly shipped from manufacturing and did not need to go to Eyeglass.com before hand for quality inspection. This was possibly due to no need for prescription for lenses.
