GBThis was my first time shopping online… This was my first time shopping online for prescription eyeglasses so I was skeptical at first but I could not be more pleased with the quality of the lenses and frames. I have very high power (-5.50) and require Transitions+AR; my glasses came within 2 weeks. Initially prior to placing the order, the customer service was almost impossible to get a hold of but somehow I got lucky with a phone call and an email. I would recommend 100% and will continue to shop here for future glasses.

GBCompletely Satisfied, Highly Recommend Sent frames to be filled with prescription. First experience buying glasses online and I was skeptical, but couldn't be more pleased with results. Received glasses within 2 weeks and no-line bifocals were perfect. Since lenses cost less than eyeglasses store, even got upgrades. Glass wearer for years and this was my easiest purchasing experience ever and with the best results. Will definitely be purchasing from Eyeglasses.com again!

GBSo far so Good I say "so far so good" because I have not yet received my glasses. That said, the experience I just had with a service/sales person at Eyeglasses.com was very professional and pleasant. By comparison, I tried to do business with a competitor this morning (Designer Optics) and realized that I was dealing with a company to be avoided. As the eyeglass/sunglasses retail vertical seems to have ethics problems, I recommend avoiding the low cost vendors. There seems to be a fair price out there that runs about 15% - 20% higher than the lowest advertised price points (which turn out not to be real). If my glasses arrive in the next week, I'll be happy. If it takes several weeks, then c 'est la vie. At least I'm confident I'm going to get them!

GBWebsite is basically unusable Website is basically unusable. They have thousands of frames but adding a simply filter like "black" returns no results. Extra filters are added randomly and then cannot be removed. I would not trust my personal information to a site so badly programmed.

GBWorst Customer Service Worst Customer Service . I placed an order and after 3 months the order finally delivred and the order was wrong even the frames have scratched the Customer service do not reply to my emails or text messages and didn't answer the calls I have called them so many times . The Manager's name is Sam was so rude and I cant beleive how the hell this person became the manager he even ask me for more money. which i has to pay since he was not canelling my order and i have paid over $300.00 already My question was when will i get my frames His reply was after 3 weeks if there is no complications I got the snapshots for this conversation. I will never use this website to buy anythinng I hope this website shutdown soon Please don't use this website every again
