Edited review - great customer service! Retracting my previous review below as the amazing Genevieve in customer services jumped on my complaint and sent me a replacement. I honestly thought I'd been had but I am now sitting in front of my screen with my fantastic blue light blocking glasses :) Thanks, Genevieve, you are a credit to Kooper Eyewear. Ordered over a month ago - tracking says delivered. Never received the item and unable to contact the shipping co as the contact page goes to a bad link. Surprise, surprise, Kooper Eyewear states "All orders reported as 'delivered' by shipping companies are considered delivered. Kooper cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case" - absolute scam!

The moral of the story is..... I ordered the children's blue light glasses to be sent as a gift for both my grandchildren. The package was never received even though it had been marked as "delivered" by the carrier company. I opened an investigation with the carrier. No luck. I spoke with the head of customer service at KOOPER and she and the company agreed to re-send the order. I received the glasses today and the grandchildren are getting cute protective glasses, but most importantly, a story from me about the honesty of this company and how they have earned my allegiance. I ordered some blue light glasses from Kooper I ordered some blue light glasses and I absolutely love them when I opened the package they was a scratch on the lenses. I messaged the customer service who then sent me a new pair straight away. I would definitely recommend them again and again they have helped my eyes so much as I sit at a computer all day - save room day headaches have gone!!!

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service, answered questions quickly and resolved issue I had with a scratch on the lense easily. Really happy I purchased them and have recommended them to friends. I would opt for the gamer version as they block more blue light than the other models.
