DEI ordered three lenses … I ordered three lenses with power from Labella and by mistake, I’ve chosen the wrong power so immediately I wrote them an email, and after 30 minutes they answered my email!! communication with them was so good and everything went smoothly, shipping was one day after they confirmed the changes of my goods. it took around 5 days till I received them in Germany, my eyes are so sensitive but the quality of these lenses are high and I use them for the first time for 6 hours without any problem even though I had to pay tax here in Germany because of those 3 lenses but still it worth it and I’m so satisfied with my purchase ☺️

ZAPixie blue was always my fav color and… Pixie blue was always my fav color and I have many collections of this color. My dress, furniture, even my curtains! Now is time to have pixie blue lenses from labella! Great and natural lenses.

GBUnresponsive customer service Hi, I received my lenses yesterday and one arrived torn. I have tried to reach out several times regarding my order via email but there is no reply. Please assist. I have emailed both info@labellalenses and support@opticano and there is no response. The instagram you provided under “Contact” does not accept messages. My order is 26644 and one of the green pixie lenses (yearly) in power -5.00 arrived torn in the vial. I sent an email with the image attached.
