Shipping from Heavyglare to me was quick enough, but there was a bit of uncertainty as the product was apparently shipped from the manufacturer to Heavyglare, which took time. Assumedly this particular model was simply out of stock and this would not typically take as long.

Excellent quality workmanship and extraordinary customer service HeavyGlare is one of the few companies that can successfully make sunglass lenses with significant curve to them. They've made 3 different sets of sunglass lenses for me and they've all come out great. Their customer service is also unbelievably good (I had them make a set of different colored lenses for some sunglasses they'd done for me and had continuing problems with getting them to sit evenly on my face after the new lenses were installed. When the owner learned about this he offered to remake them free of charge, even though it'd been more than a year since I'd received them.

Great service I bought some new eyeglass frames from Heavyglare when my current glasses broke, but then it turned out they were repairable so I returned my purchase for a refund. The new frames I had ordered were as described and delivered promptly, and Grant was super helpful, professional and nice through the whole return process. I would definitely shop here again (when my current glasses do finally bite the dust)!

I most recently bought a pair of Spy+ sunglasses with prescription, and Grant did a special order to get me the prescription Spy+ lenses straight from the manufacturer. Great service, good prices
