Wonderful Experience! I recently purchased frames and lenses from simplyeyeglasses.com and had the best experience! They had to special order the frames to get the color I wanted and made the process very easy on my end. They also recommended an alternate lens material that made the lens very thin compared to other lenses I've had over the years. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful, friendly, prompt with answers and very efficient. I would give them 6 stars if I could and will definitely use them in the future for additional glasses purchases!

Glasses back-ordered for 6 weeks-poor communication of status afterwards I had to keep checking in on status as estimated delivery dates came and went without updates. Finally once glasses arrives at SimplyEyeglasses.com lab it took another long while, and again no updates, requiring me to email them multiple times.

Great people, great service! I have a prescription which is impossible to fill locally. This company walked me through the process of getting what I need, rechecked vital information, and filled the prescription promptly. Cindy was excellent! She took pains to be sure everything was correct and worked directly with the lens maker to be sure of the details. I'm still in the process of becoming accustomed to my new "specs" but I have full confidence that if I have a problem or concern, Cindy and her people will be able to resolve it. Customer support was spectacular by phone and via email! My frames arrived in Orlando right when Hurricane Michael hit!
