My experience of cataract surgery was… My experience of cataract surgery was excellent. I was well informed at all stages from initial consultation, the procedure, post op care and follow up. I am very pleased with the results and I am no longer dependent on glasses which has changed my life. I felt very safe and confident in Mr Lash’s skills and expertise and received an excellent standard of care.

I had surgery at Southampton Eye… I had surgery at Southampton Eye Hospital, to correct a dislocated lens. Mr Lash removed the vitreous gel and the old lens; then, under his supervision, a colleague fastened the new lens in place. Stephen Lash and the whole team were excellent and inspired confidence throughout. Yes Stephen you were very calm, I only heard your voice rise a notch once! I didn't mention Harry T as this isn't his site and I'm sorry I didn't put my name, there didn't seem to be a slot? Many thanks. Roy Martin

Exceptional service throughout the whole process … Everything was so smooth from booking the appointments to having the cataract surgery. Mr Lash was exceptional and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process, he explained everything in a very clear way. I have already recommended Mr Lash to a friend. Optegra eye clinic was very professional.

Very good result with operation but had … Very good result with operation but had slight complication post op which was dealt with very well by Mr Lash.... he has said if it causes me a problem again he will do another small op but hopefully that will not be necessary.....very pleased with treatment...
