GBSo far so bad Order processing was delayed more than a week as they needed my prescription. I uploaded the prescription when placing the order, per their instructions. Yesterday I received an email stating, "Records indicate [your order] has been delivered for some time and we hope you are loving your new look!" asking me to write this review. However, my order isn't scheduled to arrive until tomorrow. Glasses.com gets 1 star for processing and logistics. No idea yet if the glasses are good.

GBI don't like how this site adjusts provided prescriptions I don't like how I submitted my prescription and then was sent a pair with a description of why the new pair has a different prescription than the one I submitted. I did try the new pair for almost a month and I just couldn't adjust. I also feel that the blue light feature I paid extra for wasn't included. I found my eyes to be more sensitive to light and I had headaches after using a computer for my normal amounts of time.

GBThe entire process was very easy The entire process was very easy. The glasses were delivered timely, quality is good and the prescription accurate. I will use this online service again.

GBThe company lost my glasses The company lost my glasses before they were shipped and did not contact me until I noticed it was past the estimated delivery date and I contacted THEM. Initially they told me to refer to UPS, who told me they didn’t have my package. Customer service was useless and now I’m getting my glasses AFTER my cruise date (was the whole purpose of my order), and may have to go two hours out of my way to pick them up at a brick and mortar store. I will never be ordering from them again.

GBFirst pair I have purchased from… First pair I have purchased from glasses.com and so far I really like them. I will for sure be getting my next pair too. Thanks
