I received my sun glasses in just under two weeks, which I appreciated, since I had lost my previous pair. Everything about this purchase went great. I was able to use my insurance, so my out of pocket expense was much less. Great purchase!!

Do not order from this site Do not order from this site. Completely incompetent. Mailed my glasses to an unknown address. When I asked why my glasses were not delivered AI says wrong address so they were sent back. Then they wanted me to change to another pair because what I ordered was no longer in stock. YET, they confirmed my delivery address that was correct. So why not send my already made glasses to my correct address that you have? SO STUPID..You lost my glasses and now its difficult to get refunded.

So far so bad Order processing was delayed more than a week as they needed my prescription. I uploaded the prescription when placing the order, per their instructions. Yesterday I received an email stating, "Records indicate [your order] has been delivered for some time and we hope you are loving your new look!" asking me to write this review. However, my order isn't scheduled to arrive until tomorrow. Glasses.com gets 1 star for processing and logistics. No idea yet if the glasses are good.
