Overall great experience Great price for quality brand name glasses, and great communication with customer service. I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived. Very very happy.

The company lost my glasses The company lost my glasses before they were shipped and did not contact me until I noticed it was past the estimated delivery date and I contacted THEM. Initially they told me to refer to UPS, who told me they didn’t have my package. Customer service was useless and now I’m getting my glasses AFTER my cruise date (was the whole purpose of my order), and may have to go two hours out of my way to pick them up at a brick and mortar store. I will never be ordering from them again.

Really long delivery times While their products have always been accurate, professional and good quality, their shipping partner is awful. Placed order for nonprescription sunglasses on 2/26, took until 3/6 to ship. Being told that standard shipping from GA to FL is 15 days, even standard mail is faster, plus no way to track progress of parcel.

I received my sun glasses in just under two weeks, which I appreciated, since I had lost my previous pair. Everything about this purchase went great. I was able to use my insurance, so my out of pocket expense was much less. Great purchase!!
