Really long delivery times While their products have always been accurate, professional and good quality, their shipping partner is awful. Placed order for nonprescription sunglasses on 2/26, took until 3/6 to ship. Being told that standard shipping from GA to FL is 15 days, even standard mail is faster, plus no way to track progress of parcel.

Overall great experience Great price for quality brand name glasses, and great communication with customer service. I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived. Very very happy.

Stain on the lens While many aspects of the product met expectations, the quality of the lenses fell short. Shortly after use, I noticed stubborn, water drop-like stains that refused to budge, which I suspect is due to the UV coating. In hindsight, opting for regular, simpler lenses might have been wiser.

I really love my new glasses I really love my new glasses, and the cost was quite reasonably. Will purchase another one soon. Nice style and strong material.
