I paid extra for expedited shipping I have a tracking number but it's never left the facility, and as USPS says they never "put it in the mail". Phone number doesn't work doesn't even ring it just hangs up. Tried live chat at 2 o'clock central standard time, said there wouldn't be any buddy back for six hours! I am so pissed! I can't believe everybody else has had great experiences when this is clearly a fraudulent website!! oh and my order number doesn't exist in meters my email in their system!

Glasses / sunglasses are a good value… Glasses / sunglasses are a good value but quality can be inconsistent. Love the variety of styles and the ease of customizing the sunglasses/ glasses. Website is generally easy to navigate but there needs to be a back button to the last page views after the customer drills down to a particular pair to review (currently the customer has to restart his search from the very beginning which is frustrating and time wasting).

In the past, buying my prescription progressive glasses from a box chain store have cost me upwards of four to $500 a pair with not really great frames. When I found Elkhorn I was Hesitant, knowing that my prescription, my progressive prescription was different in each lens. However, upon receiving my first pair of glasses, I was so overjoyed to find them not only super attractive, but absolutely perfect in the department of my vision, both up close and far away. Since I have ordered four more pair, I am awaiting my fifth pair as I write this review . I cannot recommend this product highly enough. I have been getting so many comments on the glasses that I’ve received so far from people that I constantly am giving out and passing the website information to them. Anyone who’s thinking about getting a Parag glasses, even a complicated prescription, know that I am a fully satisfied customer waiting the arrival of my fifth pair .
