Santa glasses The Elklook Santa glasses I purchased are fabulous. I received so many positive comments on them. I have recommended them to so many of my Real Bearded Santa friends. I have actually quit wearing my prescription glasses and wear my Santa glasses all of the time.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. It is a total hassle to ATTEMPT to get a refund for a defective product. Read the reviews outside of Elklook’s site. The measurements are inaccurate, the glasses are blurry and they do not respond to return requests. I wish I would have looked to outside reviews and would have NEVER ordered. Caveat Emptor.

Bought two pairs of glasses Feb8, Feb 13 2024 Bought two pairs of glasses, one pair on 8 February another pair on 13 February told shortly thereafter that they would not be shipping anything out from February 8 until February 18 because of the holidays did not know of any holidays during that. But figured OK today is the 22nd. I went on the site to track my glasses with the order number that was on my receipt. Every time I entered my email and or the order number they said they don’t have any of it, still waiting for both of my glasses or a refund if it’s not possible to mail

These glasses are just what I've been… These glasses are just what I've been searching for: color, shape, fit. In ordering, I entered minus numbers for my Rx instead of plus, so of course the first glasses didn't work. Staff was very helpful in correcting the process and guiding me through the second order. I will use Elklook again.

Though it is plainly stated EASY… Though it is plainly stated EASY RETURN, OUR 60 DAY FIT GUARANTEE, FREE EXCHANGE & NO-HASSLE RETURNS.....it is a blatant and bold face lie. They also show the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU logo yet the BBB has no record of the company. My advice, DON'T trust the "try on" as the sizes of the eyeglass frames are not in scale in the feature. Purchase at buyers risk!!!!
