Purchased the Sigma Plus B for my dad… Purchased the Sigma Plus B for my dad in July 2023. They failed and Nano sent a replacement in September 2023. That pair failed and was replaced in December 2023. Those failed and were replaced in March 2024. When that pair failed, Nano offered a different type, model # RX2000-DC-B. Received them on April 6th. Those lasted about 1 week. I’ve since contacted Nano and asked for a refund to which they said no, the 45 day refund period has passed. They want to sent out yet another pair. It’s been 10 months since this saga began and I’m tired of receiving product that does not work/last, of going to the post office to return, of calling Nano and so on. Their quality control is poor. I think it would have been better purchasing from an EN&T doctor.

I was nervous with the amount of money… I was nervous with the amount of money being paid. I forgot my 50.00 coupon. My groceries for the month. Not a problem says your beautiful company. I have already received my coupon refund and haven't even got the hearing aids yet. Yeah.

Feedback concerns I had purchased a different set of hearing aids and had a lot of trouble with feedback. I wanted to know if there had been any troubling feedback concerns. The response gave me the few instances where feedback had been a problem and the actions to take to eliminate it. That response encouraged me to try your product.

Once again horribal experence with "IN… Once again horribal experence with "IN Canal Hearing AIDS", I spent time reading all the instructions in the USER MANUAL for the CIC RECHARGABLE DIGITAL, I did nothing untill they were fully charged, 2 hrs. I now proceder to install the identical dome as my previous set, Blue--Left Red--Right, inserting the left & properly insuring correct instalation. While it was in place, I tried to change programs & volume, it was Difficult. This where I had my previous Problem, removing the left Aid using the REMOVAL HANDLE !!! ?? Wow do you get 2 fingers in your ear to grasp those tiny little removal aids??? Once my aid was in place there isn't room for 1 finger let alone 2, NOW it's hurting as I was trying to gingerly remove that aid with no luck, again I had to do something guick, My neighbor lady with her tweezers would be faster than driving to the Emergency Room, Very gently she was able to remove it, as she did the time before, Please send me a return shipping lable so I can get it heading your way Tomorrow, I'll just stay with the behind the ear SIGNA-PLUS-B. That by far was one of the BEST set of Aids I have ever had & your not always playing with the controls with one finger behind your ear, by using the app you can make all the adjutments from your phone/ I only have a Right Aid now, but it dose the job .. THANKS

I saw the advertise on tv I saw the advertise on tv. My mother needed hering aids. I like it because they give you extra covers, brush. I liked itbecause of the charger. Sometimes it is hard to get batteries.
