CAAfter over 5 weeks processing my order… After over 5 weeks processing my order due to the fact that the manufacturer did not have my frames at the time, I finally received my Polaroid prescription sunglasses. It took a couple of days to get used to the progressive prescription in wraparound large lenses, however, I love them. Cool Frames nailed my prescription. My only complaint would be a lack of communicating to me about the delay and in providing tracking numbers.

GBWarranty Repair I recently purchased frames from Cool Frames and had them filled at Costco. Then one of the rhinestones fell out of the frame. The company asked me to send the frames back and they would replace them which they did. I am very happy with the level of customer service and would definitely recommend buying from Cool Frames in the future.

GBThe only reason I’m not giving 5 stars… The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is due to the time it takes to get the glasses. Took about 3 weeks - maybe a few days over - however, I paid $150 less than competitors. I would highly recommend them and will use again. My advice would be to call customer service if you are purchasing a popular frame to ensure it’s in stock. I didn’t have this issue, but it seems to be the most common complaint.
