The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars… The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is due to the time it takes to get the glasses. Took about 3 weeks - maybe a few days over - however, I paid $150 less than competitors. I would highly recommend them and will use again. My advice would be to call customer service if you are purchasing a popular frame to ensure it’s in stock. I didn’t have this issue, but it seems to be the most common complaint.

Ordering was an easy process Ordering was an easy process, I was notified when the glasses were shipped and delivered. Fast and efficient business transaction. When I had difficulty with the receiving facility where I had them sent (not any fault of cool frames), their customer service went above and beyond to help me out and everything was a success. Shipping is a bit long but great sunglasses I was scared at first when I read the previous comments but It was the only website doing international shipping for a pair that is not available in France so I decided to try anyway. Shipping was a bit long (ordered March 29th, received April 22nd) but the glasses are dope. Would buy again.
