I had many questions as my prescription is very complex (-7) and I have astigmatism and peripheral vision loss. They responded right away and guided me in the right direction throughout the process. Please make sure you have your prescription and then some. I received it within a week signed delivery, I paid half of what I would pay here at Vision Express with lense thinning and complex high prescription. Very secured wrapping and the beauty of the gold thin frame wow. The quality amazed me. Very solid. I get asked about these glasses every day. They look very expensive. I purhased 2 pairs and one with purple tint. I am very happy and would recommend yesglasses. Any questions contact them before placing order via email. I buy new frames every year in the UK and this year everything on the shelves look so boring and dull. My Vision Express advisor said to me, why don't you go and shop online, better deals in the USA, and very pretty frames✨️So I did, and I can tell you, I am never going back to shop in the UK again. I recommend Yesglasses to all my friends and family I bought my first pair of prescription glasses from Yesglasses 3 years ago and was really pleased with the significant savings (for same features) over what I had been paying for glasses for decades. I was skeptical that I would be ok with the quality but took a chance because I no longer had insurance to help pay for glasses and even the "budget" glasses available locally were ridiculously priced. The glasses I got from Yesglasses were as good or even better than those I've had in the past from other places. My prescription is a bit unusual and I was pleasantly surprised when they called me the next day to make sure there wasn't an error. I was still so pleased with them a year later that I didn't bother looking anywhere else for my next two pairs of glasses (prescription changes). My husband and sister-in-law now get their glasses here, too. (My husband loves his titanium frames.)

Upgrade I ordered Muse Lanier and am really happy with it, but the Texas sun broke through the medium tint; therefore, I'm upgrading to a heavier tint. It has been an effortless process thus far. Looking forward to getting the glasses back and sporting it daily.

Keep entering all my credit card… 08/31/2023 Update. There was no way to order glasses using either of my phones, Galaxy S21 Ultra or Galaxy S22 Ultra. Vendor Yesglasses offered some discounts. Ordered online from my laptop without a problem. As I completed my order the site generated a recommended upgrade for my prescription. Glasses shipped timely and are very nice. If you want to order from a computer not a phone you can. 07/28/2023 Keep entering all my credit card information. Keeps telling me to enter it over and over. They don't answer their phone, have to leave a message. Left several in their help. Giving up.

This company is not AT ALL good This company is not AT ALL good. They send all these supposedly polite emails but refuse to take responsibility for their subpar work. I ordered nice glasses...two pairs. One was transition lenses. They don't refund transition lenses. So the pair that was refundable was perfect. The pair that was not refundable was extremely poor quality and did not fit at all correctly. The glasses kept falling off my face. They refused to take responsibility for their horrible craftsmanship. Then try to offer me a 25 % discount to buy more glasses from them. I will NEVER order glasses from them again. They are crooks.
