The overall quality is poor The overall quality is poor. I really liked the fact that you can custom tint readers (for example). However, I've now had numerous pairs break, fall apart after minimal wear and tear. I've had cheap readers purchased from Amazon last much longer. Former customer is done with this poor quality product and awful customer service. Be ware.

I'm surprised at negative reviews I'm surprised at negative reviews. After trying other companies I was going to give up on online glasses (my 600$ ones from dr office weren't good either and they wouldn't replace!!!) I have now bought 6 pairs (2 progressive) from yes glasses. The least expensive company has done the best job. They take a week longer than other companies but after 23 ( yes 23 pairs!) attempts a week is nothing. 5 stars all the way!!!
