I understand that you are under review by the US government and that is taking longer than expected for approval in the US. I asked you to ship to Israel, but since I still use the US Play store that wouldn't work. Why can't you find another app distributor for me, instead making me wait for US approval?

Anybody needing glasses should consider purchasing this for a number of reasons; big cost savings, the ability to recheck your eyes whenever you want & the freedom to fit it into your schedule without the need for pupil dilation. Easy-to-use, accurate technology and great glasses It's impressive how accurate the technology is. I'm quite near-sighted, though my vision hasn't changed that much in recent years. Being able to visualize the frames on a photo of myself was really helpful, and I love both sets of glasses I purchased -- one for daily work wear (anti-blue light) and the other for being out in the sun. I've gotten a lot of compliments on them. Thanks!

Excellent Results Excellent Results. I worked with Denzel during my first time using the tools and he helped me understand the results. EQ customer service is impeccable, and Denzel and I partnered very well. My end result was very satisfying. I ended up with a computer EGN and a single-vision (far) EGN. I am now awaiting two new fantastic cat-eye frames and I cannot wait to wear my new glasses!

Insight has defect in lense Insight has defect in lense. Still awaiting replacement for that and the visioncheck will not recharge after one use. Waste of money and won't suggest to others. I've actually steered people away do to poor quality and customer service. Update: After writing this review, a custom service representative reached out and got me a new kit.
