GBMakes the extra effort for their customers!! My dog chewed up my frames on my prescription glasses and I checked everywhere to located replacement frames. Numerous places, including my optometrist, said they were unavailable as they were discontinued. Frankly, I think no one made much of an effort . . . except for Ellen are EuroOptica. She located the last few pairs still at the German manufacturer. I was in disbelief they found them - until they arrived yesterday and I installed my lenses. Soooo happy!!!

GBA Stellar Experience I recently purchased several new pairs of glasses at Eurooptica and had a stellar experience. I'd put off getting new glasses for far too long because I hated the process--I always found it intimidating and wound up with glasses I ultimately didn't like. At Eurooptica, however, I worked with a fantastic "eyewear stylist" named Odila. Odila has a great aesthetic and was patient and direct with her indecisive, skittish customer (me!). She was also able to strike a good balance between offering her opinions without imposing them on me. And she made things fun! I've ended up loving my new glasses so much that I returned to Euroopitica to purchase a pair of sunglasses. Yeah! I highly recommend both Odila and Eurooptica!

GBThis seems more like a day spa visit… This seems more like a day spa visit than a trip to the opticians. Upon entering, you are greeted with a choice of amazing teas and coffees - all sorts - and designer chocolates and/or water. We first went there around New Year's, and they were serving prosecco! I needed new frames and a new prescription. The exam was done downstairs, state-of-the-art equipment. And so much care and time were take by everyone there to make my experience - from figuring out the bifocal choice to suit me, to looking at new frames (I ultimately kept my old frames.) Special shout out to Craig, the most amazing optician ever.

GBExcellent Customer Service Excellent Customer Service. I am Thrilled with all three pair of glasses that Ellen, Creig, Jared and Alex helped me to select. So Helpful, so friendly and absolutely beautiful glasses. We left the store happy and satisfied, after a lovely caramel latte, a chocolate bon bon and a fabulous team weighing in and helping us to find the perfect and most stylish glasses! Can’t wait to shop for my next pair!!!!
