I have never experienced such luxurious and caring set of people at an eye centre ! Highly highly recommend this team to anyone seeking eye glasses or eye check up ! Excellent Customer Service I bought a pair of red glasses and when I got home and looked in the mirror I just knew I made a serious mistake. Upset with myself, I returned to EuroOptica. The staff was supportive & understanding -- they really wanted me to be happy! Odila Roman searched high and low to find another pair of glasses suited to my narrow face. We found a pair that looked pretty good when suddenly she had an idea -- to try my original red frames in a lighter color. It was the perfect solution!! Not only do I love my new glasses, but I was able to reuse the lenses. EuroOptica has a great collection of frames and excellent customer service.
