GBDeceptive Delta Auto Protect I cancelled a warranty with Delta Auto Protect October 2018. I was informed that my refund would be forthcoming. Now, 4 months and numerous discussions later I have not been paid. These guys have the fine art of deception down to a science, always giving you just enough misleading encouragement to believe they will actually meet their promises. They have NOT!

GBCompletely dishonest company Completely dishonest. Waiting 6 months for reimbursement. Dozens of calls - never returned, dozens of emails - no response. I've sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and they are getting no response also. STAY AWAY from this one! They suck you in with low quotes - they can afford to because they don't seem to pay claims!

GBThis is the worst warranty company I… This is the worst warranty company I have ever experienced and may be the worst company I have ever experienced period. When you have a claim they do not even bother denying it or reducing the charge, they just don't return any calls, emails or faxes. You make a claim, they say they are reviewing it and then they stop responding. I have tried to contact them numerous times by phone, email and fax and they just do not respond. DO NOT DO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

GBDelta is Fraud Delta happily collected my money, covered the first repair about a year later but on the second failure of a different part, I was told the repair is covered but now going on 3 months trying to get paid for the approved repair that I had to eventually pay out of pocket now trying to be reimbursed but even getting to speak to someone takes persistence and hours? Being told check is I the mail, over and over. This can not be legal?

GBMy dealer will no longer deal with them… My dealer will no longer deal with them due to non-payment. The one dealer service center I was able to get to accept them can't get in touch with them. This is not surprising as I can't get them to return my calls. Whenever you call them, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes before you can speak with anybody and when you do, expect to be treated with rudeness and condescension. I highly suggest that you don't waste your hard-earned money with this company. They reek of dishonesty and are actively shortchanging customers and repair shops.
