If there are problems, their response is super fast with those wonderful videos that tell you just what do to.

GBVBO isn't a ready-out-of-the-box… VBO isn't a ready-out-of-the-box experience. But, it will serve you well. Like anything, you get out what you invest in. Their customer service is amazing.

Love it Pros: Customer Service Coding Knowledge Wide Variety of products Cloud based Easy to get a hold of Flexible All in One ticketing (CRM, POS, Assigned and General Seating, Reporting, data tracking, discounts, donations, merchandise and more!) Cons: None. Overall: First off, the company's customer service is top notch. Whenever I had a question or suggestion, they were understanding and worked really hard to get that project done within the day! Their customer base is small so they spend time with every customer creating a customized approach to ticketing. Recommendations to other buyers: This software is easy to use. Everything you need is all in this system. With the new mobile app, desktop and cloud services, this is an awesome product!
