GBBeen with VBO since its inception. Love it Pros: Customer Service Coding Knowledge Wide Variety of products Cloud based Easy to get a hold of Flexible All in One ticketing (CRM, POS, Assigned and General Seating, Reporting, data tracking, discounts, donations, merchandise and more!) Cons: None. Overall: First off, the company's customer service is top notch. Whenever I had a question or suggestion, they were understanding and worked really hard to get that project done within the day! Their customer base is small so they spend time with every customer creating a customized approach to ticketing. Recommendations to other buyers: This software is easy to use. Everything you need is all in this system. With the new mobile app, desktop and cloud services, this is an awesome product!

GBBest solution we've come across yet for mid-sized theater! As far as functionality for the price, there is nothing better. We are a mid-sized theater (270 seats), so it was hard to find a ticketing solution that wasn't outrageously expensive and designed for theaters five times our size. They are still a work in progress, so you will encounter bugs. But the support team is very helpful and responsive!
