They have custom designed programs that allow us to track and serve our membership in ways we never thought possible. Best ticketing system out there today Very full featured ticketing system and very reasonably priced. Besides all the truly outstanding aspects they have built into their software, the support staff is extremely approachable and ready to help with even the smallest issues.

Been with VBO since its inception. Love it Pros: Customer Service Coding Knowledge Wide Variety of products Cloud based Easy to get a hold of Flexible All in One ticketing (CRM, POS, Assigned and General Seating, Reporting, data tracking, discounts, donations, merchandise and more!) Cons: None. Overall: First off, the company's customer service is top notch. Whenever I had a question or suggestion, they were understanding and worked really hard to get that project done within the day! Their customer base is small so they spend time with every customer creating a customized approach to ticketing. Recommendations to other buyers: This software is easy to use. Everything you need is all in this system. With the new mobile app, desktop and cloud services, this is an awesome product!
