Horrible customer service Horrible customer service! I have reached out numerous times in every way possible and can not get a straight answer from anyone! I placed my order a month ago. Received an email my order was shipped with no tracking number and never received my order!

High quality High quality . Great stick. Fast delivery. I feel custom lengths may be beneficial. I ordered mine based off my height and recommended length on website but may have preferred it a few inches shorter . Kinda feel like a wizard walking with it! Lol Other than that great quality product.

I ought to have researched the wood finishes more thoroughly prior to ordering the second one, however, it's still a beautiful item as well as useful. I now can actually stride when I walk.
