He responded quickly and the lift was installed within days of signing a contract. He and his team adjusted everything perfectly for my tall height so getting on and off is very comfortable for me. Doug is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend having him address all your independent living needs.

bruno keeps condo lower level accessible the bruno stairlift works well and is very helpful to me. the a-4 access salesperson, brian chambers, visited us and was knowledgeable. we waited over two weeks for installation, and a-4 did not call--keep the customer informed! finally a call came announcing a cancellation and install soon followed, expertly done by jay from a-4.

Couldn't be happier from start to finish. Frank Felice and the installers Dave and Eric were great from start to finish. Frank took his time to answer all our questions regarding the stairlift and communicated with us throughout the process. Dave and Eric were professional, courteous and diligent on the installation. They took the time to ask our opinion during the process and explained very simply how to operate the stairlift upon completion.
