I was impressed with the speed of the… I was impressed with the speed of the whole transaction from the initial visit to the installation of the stairlifts. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into making a decision. The staff were very polite and helpful- really nice to deal with and the end result is we have two easy to use stair lifts and I'm very happy that my husband is safe on the stairs. Thank you so much. You came recommended us and I'd recommend you to anyone else. Thank you again Josephine Lord

My husband developed a heart condition… My husband developed a heart condition and we were going to have to move into a one story home to avoid the stairs. Now we can stay in the home we love.

I have no quarrel with the machine… I have no quarrel with the machine itself. It seems well made and well designed - for a stairwell going from a first floor to a second floor. It is totally inappropriate for a basement stairwell however. Basement stairwells typically have heavy woodwork around the doorway, woodwork that gets in the way of the swivel mechanism. I have figured out how to cope with it but not until I creamed my arthritic knees more times than I care to count. If you are in an older house with substantial woodwork around your basement door, please consider another Bruno model (unless you have a short inseam in which case there will be no problem whatsoever). If you need a chair lift for something other than a basement stairwell, I think you will be quite happy with this Bruno model. Just watch out for the excessive woodwork of an old house!

I love my Bruno stair lift I love my Bruno stair lift! I'd be lost without it. I wanted a one story home at this stage of my life but the market is too ridiculous where I live. So now I have the use of my whole home again. It's so easey to quickly go up and down whenever I need. Awesome purchase!
