GBSatisfied Customer LifeWay Mobility (dealer/installer was very easy to work with. Installation was very carefully done to ensure the stairlift cleared the door jamb at the top of the cellar stairs. The track is also high enough off the cellar floor at the bottom to be above possible moisture. My only suggestion would for the seat more easily lock into transit position after having been swiveled for dismount. It's not a big issue - just a minor annoyance.

CAI was impressed with the speed of the… I was impressed with the speed of the whole transaction from the initial visit to the installation of the stairlifts. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into making a decision. The staff were very polite and helpful- really nice to deal with and the end result is we have two easy to use stair lifts and I'm very happy that my husband is safe on the stairs. Thank you so much.
