Our monthly subscription jumped from… Our monthly subscription jumped from $40 to $71 without explanation, and if it wasn't such a process I would have changed companies. Also, it would be a great asset if we could link our in-house rewards program through the site somehow. After inquiring, I found we are not able to do so.

An Easy Platform to Navigate! I have been using ReservationKey for a few years now and have been very satisfied. The only place I would like to see is improvement is with their mobile presence and being more mobile friendly. I have also done my best to coordinate my theme colors with my website colors. If the #colors could be a little easier to identify it would make this process easier. With that said, the major use of this website is very well done.

Very impressed with ResKey! We at Springer Creek RV Park & Campground are totally impressed with Reservation Key as a company. The site is user friendly. Even the senior's have commented on how easy it is to use. If there are any glitches at all (which is rare) the folks at ResKey are on it! Any questions or concerns are promptly addressed and rectified. Support is always available and instructions are thoroughly detailed. Switching to this system was a huge change for us... we were an old fashioned pen and paper process... but this transition has been smooth with minimal stress. Features we love would be: The way reservations are displayed on the main availability page The ability to print daily multiple reports including housekeeping sheets The ability to monitor the activity within each reservation We would highly recommend this reservation system.
