DISGUSTING READ THE REVIEW..... Ask the doctor, well where do I start, I called askthedoctor.com as I urgently needed to know why scrotum was hurting me, he arrived at 3am drunk, ran around my backyard naked and caused a right scene I phoned the police as he was insisting he was allowed to stay the night, after the police got hold of him they took him down hard and tugged him off my lawn, he looked rather amused with the outcome. Well I won't be calling again, unless I need to tug a doctor off my lawn....

Great platform with amazing doctors I had broken into hives and I used ask the doctor to get some advice. I had Dr. Gagner respond to my question within 7 minutes and he directed me to get the appropriate treatment. I would recommend him and this service to anyone out there

These people are total con artists These people are total con artists. First of all they intercepted a website given to me by a reputable doctors office that was under staffed. Then were not able to even think about answering my question and charged me full price. I "tried" to contact them for a refund and they did not respond. I would pay again just to get the home address of the owner of this con.

This is a scam This is a scam - you are baited with a web site that invites you to ask a doctor a question for $1, supposedly, no strings attached. They do this to get your credit card/debit card info. You do get an answer and it seems legit (email answer). But weeks later, they begin nefariously billing your credit card - and they keep billing it monthly for $40 or some random fee, until you notice and cancel your card. If you call or live chat with them, as soon as you say "refund" they disconnect. They claim on their site a Trustpilot rating of 9.5* out of 10*

I was dealing with a personal crisis, so couldn't focus on balancing out every month...just realized I have lost over $900 in over a year. My bank being a bank will only investigate and try to dispute it for the last 4 months. Absolutely hopeless process, where you just keep getting tossed from one robotic agent to another!
