Doesn't appear to be a 0 stars option Doesn't appear to be a 0 stars option. Appear to have signed up to something without realising. Judging by other reviews, I'm not alone! Contacting my bank today. Contact your MP guys, unless they are lining their pockets with this scam,

Don’t Trust ‘Ask a Doctor’ - total Scam I asked a so-called expert about a recent Angiogram expecting it to be free. It cost me @£5.80. They debited my credit card before they answered via their chat line. I asked a further question and then they said it would cost £38.00 to telephone me, I did not pursue it although they kept bombarding me with follow-up emails. I deleted all their follow-up emails and their APP. Even though I did not have ANY CONVERSATION with them they have just debited my Barclaycard £38.00. I DID NOT AUTHORISE THIS PAYMENT. HOPPING MAD. I’m querying this with my credit card company. This is SERIOUS FRAUD. I thought it was a free NHS Service but clearly it isn’t.

Tricksters Was signed up AUTOMATICALLY to pay £38 a month. Was only aware of this after 6 months. No emails or text messages stating the payment. Disgusting tactics. I was happy with initial service but the management are tricking the customers and will eventually lose the good work of the doctors. No morals.

Unprofessional Unprofessional, one of the founders has a criminal record involving adolescents and pornography(of his patients mind you), tried to cause people to sell their cryptocurrency(Thought they were doctors not investors?), ran a scam giveaway (I was one of the winners) where no one got their prize, and finally... they are childish, having an online argument much like the phone call scammers do when you call them out.

Don’t bother with this website Don’t bother with this website. It is a complete rip off. It mentions for five dollars, you can talk to a doctor online. I asked about a lower back issue, and basically I was just told what I already know ,and then I was just told to make an appointment with my actual doctor, I did not mind paying five dollars but they send you something long enough that no one is ever going to read it. It’s like an encyclopedia for their policy's but if you read between the lines, you find out that you have signed up for a whopping $46 per month for absolutely nothing! I can do nothing about this $46 that they are charging me right now along with the five dollars (that I thought I was going to pay ) But I had to send them extensive emails to cancel these ongoing monthly payments of 46.00! . In their defense, however I did get an email back saying that they canceled my future payments. Hopefully, that will be the truth I really feel like I was tricked. .. It was a $50 lesson learned. don’t fall for it.
