Predatory pricing, hard to cancel The software was never a good fit for our company (small, with multiple people making purchases). The sales rep lied about the monthly charges, and we were locked into a one year contract. We chalked it up as a loss and have not used it for a year. Now that the year is up, they are still making it very hard to cancel! Not an ethical company!

Login options & Sorting Starting off with the login options; there aren't robust webapps that do this that often, but it's appreciated. If you don't expense often, it lowers the hurdle for having to remember your login. Simple to generate a new report, and a new entry. I love being able to see the history on the 1st page. Helps to remember if an expense may have been left out by sorting Submitted or Name columns. A few days after leadership approval, and the money is in the bank!

Easy and Quick I love how easy it is to keep up to date with my expenses when I do field work and send the reports to my supervisor. It's very quick to sync with my credit card expenses. I also like that it allows for out-of-pocket expenses to be uploaded.

Expensify is a UX driven app which is… Expensify is a UX driven app which is incredibly simple to sure. I say it is UX driven as the experience to load in expenses, create bulk expense reports and submit them is so easy and straightforward. I have used this app over the last two years both on a desktop as well as on mobile and I have to say, this app translates so well with the mobile experience. This is perfect as I am often updating my expenses as I go when on the road for work.

Love Expensify!! I love how easy it is to drag expenses from my card to the report.
