A great tool! Expensify is a great tool that manages to be robust while still being user friendly. It's very easy to create individual expenses and reports, attach receipt images, and track the approval process from start to finish.

Predatory pricing, hard to cancel The software was never a good fit for our company (small, with multiple people making purchases). The sales rep lied about the monthly charges, and we were locked into a one year contract. We chalked it up as a loss and have not used it for a year. Now that the year is up, they are still making it very hard to cancel! Not an ethical company!

Expensify to the rescue! Putting off filing expense reports means not getting paid. Expensify makes expenses ridiculously easy. The phone app takes pictures, receipt scanner fills in the details from receipt photos, pdfs, html pages, almost anything you can think to feed it! The UI is so intuitive, I've never been stuck or confused. WTG Expensify!

Love Expensify!! I love how easy it is to drag expenses from my card to the report.

Best Expense Reporting Software I've Used I've used other expense reporting software in the past at other companies and Expensify is EASILY the best and easiest I've used. Using the other softwares, I would hesitate to even submit expenses sometimes because of the hassle and how painful the process was. I would dread submitting and resubmitting expenses. I have not once dreaded using Expensify because it's so simple and quick. I get reimbursed a lot faster as well. If I had to be critical of anything, I guess it would be the receipt scanning functionality can take a little time, but you don't have to sit around waiting on it, so it's not that big a deal. I can just come back after a few minutes and submit.
