GBTime to Move on Like so many others, I've been forced to say "goodbye" to a company I've bought from for years and years. Any time I've tried to order, more items are out-of-stock than available. If this were the case with other companies, I might understand. But competitors are ok. And fortunately, I had the good sense not to get involved with their rewards program. Goodbye, old friend.

GBIs Puritan Going Out of Business?! It's a shame. They had great products and service. I've been with them for years. Now every time I need something, even basic supplements, they're out of stock with no explanation. This has been going on for some time now, but getting progressively worse.

GBBeen a customer for 40 years Been a customer for 40 years. Now everything is out of stock at puritan.com, unless you buy from Puritan via Amazon at inflated prices. Looks like my relationship with them is over.

GBI have been a customer of Puritans⦠I have been a customer of Puritans Pride for over 30 years. The last few years, they are continually out stock. It steadily gets worse. I feel so disappointed when they advertise sales but are out of what I want to by. I've switched over to Swanson.

GBTerrible customer service experience Bought some senior multivitamins but forgot to ask first if they were gluten and wheat free as l am coeliac. Contacted the company, and the guy didn't know!weird as when you are part of a company selling products that you are not aware of their content or have a booklet with information!!! Secondly, he says that he would enquire, but no news, so send a third mail, and 4 weeks later still no answer as obviously they can't bother!!!and by the way his name was Philip. Appalling customer services And not sure that l will buy again from them!
