GBI had used this company many times… I had used this company many times before and had no problems other than receiving payment slow. The time before the last, it took almost 5 months to receive payment so I stopped using them and switched to another company. When I received an email from "Jon" claiming they are under going new management and blah blah blah, I decided to give them another chance. My mistake. It has now been almost 2 months since they have received my order. I effeminately won't be going back to them. lesson learned for sure now.

GBDO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I SENT FOUR BOXES OF TEST STRIPS IN DECEMBER OF 2017. RECEIPT WAS CONFIRMED BY EMAIL JANUARY 8, 2018 AND PAYMENT ADJUSTED BASED ON ONE BOX HAVING A BENT CORNER. AS OF TODAY, JULY 12, 2018, I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND EMAILED. DESPITE THE PROMISE ON THE VOICE MAIL TO "RETURN YOUR CALL AS SOON AS WE CAN", I HAVE HAD NO REPLY FROM THEM WHATSOEVER. HOWEVER, IF YOU GO TO THEIR WEBSITE AND REQUEST A SHIPPING LABEL TO SEND MORE TEST STRIPS TO THEM, THAT REQUEST IS HONORED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY.

GBI sent in 6 boxes of undamaged I sent in 6 boxes of undamaged, new Accu Chek Aviva test strips (50 count) at the beginning of June 2018. I still have not received my payment and I have tried contacting the company several times by email and by phone. No answer by phone and emails from the company ask for my tracking info which I've supplied, but get no further response. I will contact BBB about this company and will not use them again!

GBGoing Downhill Apparently... This is the second time I've used these guys, first time (last summer) went pretty smooth, this time is anything but. My kit was verified received ok by Ashley on 6/20, and today is 7/9 and I still haven't been paid. I even requested the PayPal option as that was their preferred payment method, but still nothing. I'd do business elsewhere honestly unless they get it turned around. Just filed official BBB complaint against them.

GBThey are untrustworthy They are untrustworthy, & research shows just as well. I sent a small shipment in January and a large one in May. No payment! I have called multiple times emailed and I've only got response an email from people supposedly not in the accounting department saying that my payment is in queue. I think this new owner is a total scammer. They do not communicate well at all. And their customer service is terrible. Don't bother messaging them on Facebook as it is just a automated system setup on their messenger. This company is terrible ....
