Going Downhill Apparently... This is the second time I've used these guys, first time (last summer) went pretty smooth, this time is anything but. My kit was verified received ok by Ashley on 6/20, and today is 7/9 and I still haven't been paid. I even requested the PayPal option as that was their preferred payment method, but still nothing. I'd do business elsewhere honestly unless they get it turned around. Just filed official BBB complaint against them.

They are untrustworthy They are untrustworthy, & research shows just as well. I sent a small shipment in January and a large one in May. No payment! I have called multiple times emailed and I've only got response an email from people supposedly not in the accounting department saying that my payment is in queue. I think this new owner is a total scammer. They do not communicate well at all. And their customer service is terrible. Don't bother messaging them on Facebook as it is just a automated system setup on their messenger. This company is terrible ....

Wish I could give them zero stars! Wish I could give them zero stars! I've been waiting since March for my payment, maybe even longer. Last time i posted a review they "contacted" me ally the issue, i got an email from Kelli saying she would forward my info to billing...i call bs. They sent me numerous boxes that i didn't request since then but can't even communicate properly when they're in the wrong? I feel these poditip reviews were written by the company themselves. Stop taking advantage of people!

Theft by deception 2018. Still waiting. On Febuary 11,2018 I sent my test strips in. I emailed and emailed and got told they were running behind on payments but mine should be in within 3 to 5 days. I emailed Jeff witgh no response. Nina and Kelly at one point told me to please be patient. Then emails stopped being answered. Phones stopped and all contact seized. At this point the company still owes me $420.00. Was there ever a class action suit or anything against them that I missed out on. I would love to get my money. even this long over due would be a blessing. How do I get paid?? I even have the forn you filled out and sent with your order. Like every other bill can I charge them 24.99% interest daily? Any help on getting paid would be greatly appreciated....
