They received my test strips on May 12… They received my test strips on May 12 and I was hopeful they might get their act together. Now the website is down and all emails to the various people there that I initially got responses from bounced back as undeliverable. I only submitted three boxes, so I feel bad for anyone that submitted many more than that. If the business has closed, not sure what all can be done. Unfortunate that dirtbags like this prey on people.

YOU WILL GET PAYED honest company OK IT TOOK ( four 4 ) months but I did get payed!!!!!! KEEP IN MIND THIS COMPANY WORKS on a tight budget and theses medical supplies go to charity CHARITY charity CHARITY there not a rip off ether you will get payment. If your that hard up for cash and can’t be prepared to wait if it takes time to get paid and don’t understand they are a non- profit company then don’t send them to them ! BUT IF YOU HAVE A HEART ❤️ and can help the less fortunate this is the company to sell your extra supplies too !!

I still have not received my payment and I have tried contacting the company several times by email and by phone. No answer by phone and emails from the company ask for my tracking info which I've supplied, but get no further response. I will contact BBB about this company and will not use them again!
