Unprofessional Employee I made an appointment for 11:00 am, and at 9:12 am I received the first call from Dave asking for information I had already completed. I told "Dave" I was in a meeting but that didn't seem to matter. after confirming the information was listed twice one application was completed the other was not!! Dave said he would void the incomplete application! at 9:22 am I received another call from Dave stating he had everything but my driver's license photo. I again explained that I was in a meeting! and my appointment is at 11:00! Dave said he needed the photo!!! I canceled my meeting because this was a private matter, and I did not need my coworkers in my personal business. After sending the DL photo Dave called again only to say the credit card information was shown and everything was OK!!! This time I requested an appointment ASAP it is now 9:23 am. He gave me an appointment for 10:00 am. I want to be removed from your listing I will not deal with a company with such unprofessional workers. I do not understand why Dave could not call me at 10:45 for this information that was listed already.

The doctor will call and take your… The doctor will call and take your money fast as fast. However you'll never get through to get it registered, and actually get a medical card.

Garbage service Garbage service. Money is charged in FULL before appointment us even scheduled. Folks, this is not a buisness standard. They are not "checking to see your funds are available." Its a credit card. At most you get that $1 charge that happenes and gets reversed. Which actually happened...then FULL charge. So they lied. Two seperate numbers that dont say heally or indicaMD which was the site I signed up on Had good reviews but now I am suspecting that thise were bots. Worst thing is that I cannot stop a "pending transaction." Something is really off anout all of this. AVOID

I video conferenced with Dr. Cheryl for the last two years and she really verified that I understood the recommended treatment that suits my condition.
