Terrible Customer Service First time ordering direct and it was awful. It is so very hard to get ahold of someone if you have any issues. For the amount of money you spend, you’d think they would have excellent customer service who go above and beyond. They take weeks to ship and when it finally ships they use a cheap shipping method that takes many days. Sephora doesn’t do this and I’m glad I now know. I thought ordering direct would have been better, but this experience proved me wrong for sure.

Excellent Customer Experience I can only speak as I find, I have placed 2 orders within the past 2 weeks directly using the Tatcha website, the order process was smooth and simple. The products arrived next day (unbelievable service level) even though I did not pay for this service. And more than that, the products and packaging are lovely. If only other Luxury brands (Nespresso) were half as good in looking after their valuable customers..... exceeding my expectations - so thank you !

Just opened my order Just opened my order, spent £115 to qualify for the £100 free lucky bag promotion … that was what attracted me. Opened and products in there but no £100 lucky bag !! It shows on my order receipt as part of my basket, I’m under no illusion I’m meant to have received it. Have sent email as customer service is now closed until mon … I will take this A LOT further if it’s not sorted quickly and professionally. I will give them benefit of the doubt til Monday … I will be back here to let you know the outcome.

Pricey but wonderful! The only reason I can't make myself give this company a five-star review is because their products -while outstanding- are a bit pricey and the company does not offer many discount sales. I only wished I could afford more of their high-quality serums and creams, especially because I have sensitive skin. Maybe Tatcha should explore packaging their products less elegantly and pass the savings on to the customer. Until then, I will keep on using their cleansing products and their make up line, albeit sparingly.

HORRIBLE customer service HORRIBLE customer service. I have tried calling 3 times and emailed the customer service team 4 times including a follow up email this morning and i have received NO RESPONSE. I would have appreciated ANY form of response rather than being IGNORED. I used to buy tatcha products through sephora but my experience buying directly has been so horrible that i am just going to stop buying the products period if no one from the team responds to me.
