CAa HORRIBLE costumer service They have the WORST customer service ever. I contacted them three times, but they have yet to respond. This company is a big SCAM!!!! The promotion code for free shipping did not work, and I paid 20$ for shipping, but THENNN then ups contacted me for 32 more dollars. I already spent 20. Why should I pay extra???? Why did they not mention it while checkout?????? Also, the price on the website is in American dollars. When I ordered never mentioned it. And I ended up paying 224 CAD instead of 160$. They are horrible and ruined my holiday gift.

GBTerrible Customer Service First time ordering direct and it was awful. It is so very hard to get ahold of someone if you have any issues. For the amount of money you spend, you’d think they would have excellent customer service who go above and beyond. They take weeks to ship and when it finally ships they use a cheap shipping method that takes many days. Sephora doesn’t do this and I’m glad I now know. I thought ordering direct would have been better, but this experience proved me wrong for sure.

GBZero customer service/order never received Ordered on November 28 and it shows to be delivered December 11. When I track the order it stayed put in the same place in California. Order never arrived. Zero customer service. Emails bounced back to thank you for reaching out to us. Zero live agents ever available. No ability to leave a voicemail. Finally was notified via email after six weeks that I would get a refund and they could not deliver it because of wrong address or lack of signature. This is very inaccurate since the tracking shows it never left California. Beware of this company when ordering.

GBGood customer service I previously wrote a bad review about Tatcha. Since then Ashley from Tarcha resolved my problem in a timely manner. I had received a damage package and couldn't get thru to customer service. I emailed her and not only did she immediately get back to me I got my replacement the next day! Very satisfied

GBOrdered £100 worth of products (I… Ordered £100 worth of products (I usually just have the rice wash and order from a third party website) to get the £100 free lucky dip bag. When the order arrived I noticed it was very light - I wondered if just one item had been shipped separately. The box was sealed and did not show any signs of being tampered with. When I opened the box it was just tissue paper and a handwritten thank you card. I couldn’t believe it !!!! Completely empty. I contacted Tatcha and the tone started as accusational towards me. I saw a few more reviews saying about empty box so suggested they must have an internal theft problem. They resent me the order but when it arrived no £100 lucky bag as promised and promoted. I contacted them again and they said they had sold out but would send products instead. I have just received the parcel and they’ve sent me 2 x Tatcha the Camellia cleansing oil (usually £48) and one rice polish travel size. It covered the £100 so I didn’t complain but I thought it was odd to receive two of the same product. All is well that ends well but I won’t order directly again.
