GBI started getting my BCP back in 2021 from heyfavor I started getting my BCP back in 2021 from heyfavor. I quit taking them when we decided to have another baby. Jan of 2023 I renewed my subscription with The Pill Club. The process is not only simple and easy but fast. I get a few months of BCP delivered right to my door. I started taking NORETHINDRON-ETHINYL Estradiol MYLA. Everyone responds differently to medications so I can only speak for myself when I say This BCP isn't for me!! My cramps were 10xs more worse than normal. Intercourse was not only painful, but I bleed heavily with blood clots for 15 days afterwards. I stopped taking the pill, requested to change my prescription, and did so without any trouble. Sometimes doctor appointments can be hard to keep, so I appreciate the fact that The Pill Club has made a hassle free way for me to receive my BCP. I'm Keeping my fingers crossed I respond better to my new BCP!!

GBLeaving us stranded Subscribed for the full year of birth control and then it never shipped and they made me fill out another form and then disappeared.

GBHorrible Customer Care It was always incredibly difficult to get prescription refills on time. Then suddenly their providers decided they were no longer going to supply me with my pills for literally no reason. They claimed "for safety reasons" even though my health and patient information had not changed. I take birth control to make my periods less painful. So they put me in a position where I'm going to be miserable until I can find a different delivery service to use.

GBWorst service EVER I can never seem to get an appointment to get my birth control refilled. I had scheduled a time for 7:10am, I hopped on 10 min early at 7am. Online it stated that the 'Wait Time" was 20 minutes on average. I've been waiting for 40 minutes. This is 30 mins after my appointment time. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if that is not when the appointment will be. I had to go to go to work so I had to cancel out of the "Waiting room". Now I will be without birth control as I am now almost out and only have a few days left of my pack. I am very irritated. DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE.

GBRude costumer service Bad costumer service. Bothering messaging forcing to new prescriptions when you still have 3 month supply. Slow answering to request/ not answering at all. Also don't buy their products - they don't have ingredient list posted online and they not allow returns! Changing my provider ✌️
