GBFAULTY DESIGNED FLEXIBLE NECK!!! Should have become wary when reading warranty data; hinted at MANY returns experiences. Adjusted the head four times (Flexible Neck); resulting in a FAILURE of the connection of the "Flexible Neck" and the bulb-holding head. Now I have an embarrassingly hanging neck with the light shining at 90 degrees from the post!! Of course I didn't store the 54" shipping container so I'm S--t out of luck. Should have bought from a store a lower-priced lamp recommended by my ophthalmologist. What a SPECIAL!! BUT LOOK AT THE MONEY I SAVED!! NEWS FLASH!!!!! Company contacted; apologized AND are sending a NEW replacement along with the "Authorized Return Label" so the faulty lamp can be packed in the NEW shipping container and returned at the company's expense, Thank YOU!!

GBNo acknowledge of my order. My order has not been acknowledged as received other than this request for a review. The credit card has been debited but there has been no shipment notice or any communications from the company regarding the status of the order. The debit was charged on February 2nd.

GBGreat in every way but one! Bulbs great! I'm an artist and wanted 5000 K LED bulbs and they are exactly what I needed. Nice and bright! Only negative: When opened the box, you had used those awful styrofoam chips that we have to fish out and dispose of. The 6 bulb packages were wrapped together in small-scale bubblewrap but wish you had wrapped the whole group in large-scale bubblewrap instead of chips. I can't be the only customer who sighs with disappointment at seeing those chips!

GBDamaged and wrong items delivered 3 times The first 2 shipments were damaged and after 3 weeks I'm still waiting to return the first shipment. The final shipment was not damaged enough to send back, but wrong bolts were sent. I guess it was a good thing I still had the first shipment or I wouldn't have been able to use it still! Although the price was very good I don't think I will be using this supplier in the future because of the hassle and amount of time it set my project back.

GBUndecided I purchased the floor lamp for my 90 year old father for the brightness. I purchased a desk lamp for myself. My father had stopped using his because the dimmer wasn't working properly and the bulb was flickering. I took the bulb out and found two small cracks and blackening at the bottom of a couple of the tubes. I purchased two new bulbs on sale and have not installed one yet to see if it cures my father's problem. I have been happy with my desk lamp though I only use it on the fully dimmed setting, which leads me to wonder if I should have gotten the lesser wattage light.
