GBMuch improved! Replaced the 70W sunset bulb from ~15 years ago. Although both were rated 70W, the new one is notably brighter than the original. All of your many products we or our children are exceptionally fine. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year & thanks to everyone at Full Spectrum Solutions.

GBSCAM! Items massively marked up I paid $120 for a light up alarm clock that felt extremely light and cheap, and it arrived not functioning. It would not light up for the sunrise effect. It was replaced, but still a low quality item. I searched online for a different brand and found the same, absolutely identical in every way, unit selling for $22. I purchased a different brand from a different company for the same price, around $120, and the difference was night and day. I received a high quality product with a little weight to it that outperformed the rip off full spectrum solution clock in every way possible.

GBReview of floor model of lamp I would like to say I am very pleased with the lamp. It is sturdy and very good looking. It was hard to put together, some of the covering on the white plug connector seemed to be black electrical tape and it was not staying on. Also we got it together and when we plugged it in it make a popping nose and smelled funny, so we unplugged it. The bulb never lite. I want to request a return slip and a new lamp. This one does not seem to be up to your reported standards.

GBPoor customer service, poor communication We recently ordered a lamp from Full Spectrum Solutions. When we received the lamp, it was NOT the product ordered, since the lamp included the wrong light bulb (two choices were offered, and they sent one we did not choose). When we contacted the company, we were then informed the bulb ordered was on backorder. This fact should have been communicated to us before the order was fulfilled. The substitution was not approved by us, and we were not given the option to wait until the correct bulb was available. The firm now wants us to pay to correct their mistake (ship the wrong bulb back at our expense). And their return forms make the exchange solution proposed by them to be not permitted by their own rules (must be in original packaging - we got packaging for a lamp, not a bulb). The situation is still unresolved, and we are very unhappy with this situation, and our experience with this firm.

GBGreat in every way but one! Bulbs great! I'm an artist and wanted 5000 K LED bulbs and they are exactly what I needed. Nice and bright! Only negative: When opened the box, you had used those awful styrofoam chips that we have to fish out and dispose of. The 6 bulb packages were wrapped together in small-scale bubblewrap but wish you had wrapped the whole group in large-scale bubblewrap instead of chips. I can't be the only customer who sighs with disappointment at seeing those chips!
