Customer service person was very nice. When something medical is ordered it is usually because it is needed fast. Not to be shipped a week later plus a few days in transit. The board is good quality.

Item I was looking for, I knew was needed, and got discount by the chance of the timing of my purchase, plus an additional 10% for 'buying today'. Totally convenient and absolutely painless transaction. Saved it in my favorites. Highly recommended!

Delivery was quick. Delivery was much quicker than I expected. Packaged well. Easy Assembly. My 90 year old mom loves her Lumex three wheeled walker. Stable. Goes over grass easily. She stands straighter than with her four wheeled model. She can easily lift it into her back seat. I think it will increase her feeling of independence.

Order was delayed The only negative part of ordering from this company was that it took too long to receive the product. I ordered it at the beginning of July and did not receive it until the end of September. I specifically informed the company that we needed it by August 20. It arrived September 27. The price, however, was very good compared to other companies, for the same exact product.
