GBBest prices for my wheelchair stuff I've purchased 5 Axiom cushions for my wheelchairs through medicaleshop now and 2 quokka bags. Hands down they have the best prices. Whenever I get a cushion from my ATP for my main wheelchair, I head to medicaleshop to see if they have it for my backup chair. What's really great is their customer service - contacting them with questions is really easy and they're super friendly and patient. My caretaker has an account and purchases through them on my insurance so they work with that too which is cool. You also get points when you order which gives you a little bit of money off over time.

GBordered a rollator for my grandma over… ordered a rollator for my grandma over a month ago said it would be here first week of July , well its now saying last week of July , my grandma is to the point where she cant walk but 5 feet and has to sit ... a little bit ridiculous . will be contacting a manager or supervisor if i don't see something by July 31st 2018

DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ THE HONEST REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE HERE! *My Experience* On 7/10/21 I ordered a case of LRG Secure X-Plus briefs from Medical eShop Inc and was charged $62.91 via PayPal. At the time of my purchase and this review, their website claims the product is available and will be delivered by Standard Ground Shipping for $6.99. 2-days later I received an email that included the following message: "We would like to inform you that the item for which you placed the order is a non-stock, special order item and carries a lead time of 3-4 weeks." I replied that I would indeed wait, but was weary about wasting my time if the retailer did not keep it in stock and have a viable supply chain or distributor who did. Evidently they order directly from the manufacturer, which only has the XL size back stocked; With no further intent to produce the LRG size I paid for. They tried to bait & switch me for a different size, which I declined, requesting a refund. After that they stopped replying. I want my money back and see the product removed from their marketplace.
