I was fit with Starkey hearing aids… I was fit with Starkey hearing aids last week and they sound amazing. The service was prompt and they were kind with m questions.

Center for Excellence is Excellent! My 90 year old mother got the celebrity treatment from Mr. Austin and the fantastic team in the Center for Excellence. Her new Genesis AI 24 RIC R devices are a great improvement over her old hearing aids and she loves them. Thank you, CFE, for being so helpful and kind.

Some improvements & differences from my previous hearing aids The edge mode is very nice & I’ve been using it. I also love the recharging battery, which is different than my previous hearing aid. Although making adjustments through the iPhone is very convenient on this model, I miss being able to adjust the sound UP & DOWN (2 buttons on the ear piece, instead of one.). It now has to go through all of the settings every time I need to adjust the sound, instead of just hitting either button.

The hearing aids are easy to place in… The hearing aids are easy to place in the ears, and easy to recharge. The Starkey app on our iPhone works great in adjusting to the environment. The main problem we had was making sure our iPhones had separate apple accounts so they could connect properly. Dr and Mrs Duane Dolejsi

Bluetooth not very user friendly Considering that hearing aids are for older people, the work that went into Bluetooth connectivity is pitiful. I’ve been getting a phone call everyday from my 87 year old friend because she loses connectivity. The issue isn’t with her but rather her devices. She has EarPods which work well, but these hearing aids don’t have the same Bluetooth ease of use. I would not recommend these to anyone. They work well but keep disconnecting and pairing them, at times, is quite the feat.
