GBBegan 2 weeks ago wearing hearing… Began 2 weeks ago wearing hearing aides. Heard horror stories about being in a group or loud noises in a room. Watched a friend adjust in disgust her HA. Last night different friend adjusted his HA as noise was irritating him. Both instances, I was great. No adjustments needed. Yes!!! Starkey !

GBWhat a waste of money What a waste of money. I have the AI Livio and still paying for it but what a disappointment. The connection with the iPhone keeps dropping - I bought especially an iPhone 13 because I’ve read of others having issues with Android. While watching tv or listening to music suddenly disconnects. In the recent days keeps turning off by itself and cannot turn it on. I keep recharging it but after that it doesn’t turn on as it should. The memories I created for particular environments are on for a few minutes but then it resets to Normal. So frustrating!

GBReally disappointed with these hearing… Really disappointed with these hearing aids, I was very strongly advised by the audiologist that I would vastly prefer private aids over NHS. What a mistake, the NHS ones are much preferable. A very expensive mistake. The Starkey aids also turn themselves off if I fall asleep, rubbish if you are waiting for the door bell to ring.

CABluetooth not very user friendly Considering that hearing aids are for older people, the work that went into Bluetooth connectivity is pitiful. I’ve been getting a phone call everyday from my 87 year old friend because she loses connectivity. The issue isn’t with her but rather her devices. She has EarPods which work well, but these hearing aids don’t have the same Bluetooth ease of use. I would not recommend these to anyone. They work well but keep disconnecting and pairing them, at times, is quite the feat.
