Excellent! My experience with Askderm has been fantastic - excellent customer service and the Glycolix 20% cream is a great product. I didn't feel any activity on my skin at first (it's pretty resilient) but after a few days the acids began to work and it's done a great job. I'm very pleased overall and I will absolutely be back.

HORRIBLE First Time (and last) experience I ordered products from AskDerm- Two of the products (one for a family member) were for FACIAL exfoliating (same product) When they arrived the packaging stated that they are BODY exfoliators. I called Customer Service and spoke to Karen. She was very nice and got the product and apologized profusedly for the wrong description online. She then proceeded to tell me that she would refund the products and send me a shipping slip for UPS. I asked her if she could send a US mail slip so I dont have to drive to UPS to return THEIR mistake. She said she will have her supervisor call me. That was days ago and I have not received a mailing label or a phone call. Great company...I am going to stop payment for all of the items I received.

Excellent Customer Service I placed an order from askderm and it unusually came defective. I figured I would not get a credit as so often happens with companies. However , I wrote askederm I got an immediate response on my issue. I also got a full credit as well with ZERO HASSLE!! ) I was so appreciative of this!! Great customer service! Well let me begin by saying that I'm always skeptical when it comes to online companies; however, my experience with this company was beyond fabulous. They had a great online deal that beat sephoras price on the foreo Luna mini by like $40. I then found a company even cheaper online that looked a little sketchy and they pricematched their price. Customer service was fast, responsive, and courteous. Shipping was super fast! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Box Opened When I received my order, the outside packaging was fine, but the box to the Clarisonic brush was damaged, and the seal on the box was broken. It was obviously that way when it was sent out and did not occur during the shipping process. I contacted askderm.com and reported the problem and requested that they exchange my brush for one that was unopened and not damaged, but they refused saying they do not accept returns. However, the shipping was very fast.
